Who is responsible

When you open a page

The server uses your IP address to deliver the page. To prevent abuse we hold it in working memory for at most one hour and store it nowhere. The site runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany.

Cookies and counting

The site sets no cookies and uses no outside analytics or advertising. The fonts are on this server. For each track we keep only a daily play count, with no name, no IP and no cookie.

Playing a track

Each time you press play, the server makes a temporary two-hour address for that track. It is not tied to your name or device.

"Tell me"

If you use "Tell me", your address goes to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which first sends a confirmation email and then only news of new releases. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Withdraw it any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to the address above. We do not store your address ourselves.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
